Design Anywhere,
Make Anywhere,
Deliver Anywhere.

themes

The "Design Anywhere, Make Anywhere, Deliver Anywhere" world is upon us, thrusting supply chain professionals into uncharted territory where the "fix-it" paradigm of today will not work. The future is poised for an unprecedented transformation in which "personal factories" will likely underpin supply chains. How and when it will happen is open to debate, but it raises key questions that require us to start thinking in right earnest. Developing strategies to deal with questions such as, would there be a need for a central facilitator, who would own the designs resulting from collective intelligence, how will the development of 3D printing and bio-manufacturing impact 'make' decisions and what will be the impact of drones on delivery, are not problems for the future but now. The ability to recognize, and be aligned with the increasing speed of fundamental shifts in the market, and being ready to receive and help invent this future will be key to future competitiveness. Explore these questions and many more with our world-renowned supply chain experts on 20th March @ MISI 2014 Supply Chain Conference.
