Program Overview
This program brings together humans and organizational aspects of computer-based information systems. This is in contrast with computer science and information technology that stress the underlying technologies. Career opportunites are tailored to business technologist and executives aligned with MISI’s objectives to deliver world class Graduate and Executive Education Programs. Students will get the skills to be a business management professional and prepared them for a career in business, whether that be working for a corporation, startup, or following own entrepreneurial ambitions.
The goal of this Bachelor’s Degree program is to provide students with an opportunity to develop skills in critical and creative thinking, problem solving, social responsibility, human relationships, and technological savvy. Students will interact with faculty and peers in a career-oriented business education that emphasizes personal and professional integrity. Upon completion of the Bachelor in Business Systems Management with Honours, students can pursue careers in a number of fields, including business management, social media marketing, marketing, advertising, banking, personal finance, entrepreneurship or even in government agencies.
Students will develop an in-depth understanding of system management and how it relates to business and production operations. To achieve this, the program relies heavily on not only the technical knowledge of computer science but also individual and organizational behavior theories, as well as the practicality
