17th Roundtable on Sustainable Palm Oil conference

Dr. Asad Ata, Director P&G-Center for Sustainable Small-owners (P&G-CSS) spoke on the small farmer Sustainability Journey road-map at the Smallholder’s Linking and Learning session. The road-map has been developed by CSS to enable on-boarding and retention of the Independent Smallholders on a path to certification with an improvement of their livelihood.

Organized by the Smallholder Working Group at the 17th Annual Roundtable on Sustainable Palm Oil (RSPO) conference on Sunday, 3rd November 2019 at Bangkok, Thailand. The Smallholder’s Linking and Learning workshop served as a platform for exchanging ideas, knowledge, and lessons learned from smallholders and organizations thus enabling the market players and smallholders to connect and explore opportunities while working towards becoming RSPO certified sustainable oil palm producers.
