Executive Education Program in Procurement Negotiation Skills

Professor Dr. David Gonsalvez, CEO & Rector at MISI led a 3-day bespoke Negotiation Training Program for Sime Darby executives, under the Executive Education Program in Procurement.
Over a three-week period on 18th & 25th Feb & 3rd March Sime Darby executives were given an introduction in a procurement context (i.e., negotiations between a buyer and a vendor/supplier). The objective of the program was to provide the participant with a structured foundation in the preparation and conduct of such negotiations. With practice being a key in building up expertise in negotiation, case studies and exercises/games were also used to supplement lectures.
