ASSOC. PROF. DR. SHEILA BELAYUTHAM is currently the Head of Postgraduate Studies, College of Engineering, UiTM. Have 15 years of academic experiences with prior construction site-based involvement. Have been invited as speaker in various seminar/ workshop organized among Malaysian industry players (civil engineers, architects, safety and health officers, construction managers, etc.) Among the selected talks are as follows: Seminar on Industrial Revolution (IR 4.0) and Its Impact on Real Estate in Malaysia 2020 for National Institute of Valuation, Seminar Occupational Safety and Health in Construction Industry (Management) 2018 for Construction Industry Development Board (CIDB) and Occupational Safety and Health Workshop 2017 for Department of Safety and Health Malaysia. Reviewer for top journals in the field, such as Building Research and Information, Construction Management and Economics, Journal of Cleaner Production, International Journal in Construction Management, Safety Science and etc. Secured research funds from various organizations including the Development Bank of Malaysia, National Institute of Occupational Safety and Health Malaysia, Malaysia Productivity Corporation and etc.
