Program Overview

This course is designed to introduce the significance of the halal industry and concept of Halal logistics and its importance to suit today’s market demand. It demonstrates the logistics operations as a background followed by distinguishing the concept of logistics and supply chain management. It also emphasizes on the fundamentals of Halal logistics management with a specific highlight on current practices and critical control points in general. This course also explains the main issues in halal logistics as well as briefly elaborates the halal certification.
