Program Overview

This course exposes the participants to the financial implications of operations / Supply chain decisions. It connects the Supply chain operations Management to corporate finance. In essence, the course equips the supply chain / operations management professionals / decision makers with financial analysis and a language to communicate their decisions / practices with the company’s shareholders.
