Dr Noriham Abdullah is a retired Professor with over 30 years of teaching experience in the Universiti Teknologi MARA (UiTM), Shah Alam, Selangor. She has headed and consulted upon numerous research studies and contributed to a myriad of publications on Food Science & Technology and those related to halal food along the supply chain of food production. Currently she is a Certified Halal Trainer and Certified Halal Auditor under Halal Professional Board JAKIM.
