Sept 9: The MSCM Class of 2017 participated in yet another joint activity with the ASB students. The 48-Hour Makerfest is an ideation lab where students get into small groups and challenge their norms to develop an idea; convert to a design; and create a prototype. From concept to an actual product in less than two days, students are given a theme where they are expected to work in teams to produce a product that reflects their idea. The expected outcome of this 2 days event is for students to learn to overcome the fear of exploring new fields.
