Collaborative Research with C.H. Robinson to Explore Supply Chain Implications of Internet of Things (IOT)

C.H. Robinson

C.H. Robinson, one of the world’s largest third-party logistics (3PL) companies, and MISI are collaborating on a research project to explore the implications of Internet of Things (IOT) for supply chains. The study examines supply chains in three industries, the uses of IOT technologies in these industries, and the potential to improve the performance of these supply chains using IOT technologies.

The findings of this study will be published by C.H. Robinson, as part of the company’s industry resources https://www.chrobinson.com/en-zh/Resources/White-Papers/. C.H. Robinson, a Fortune 500 company, has revenues of more than $13 billion as well as 280 locations and 14,000 employees worldwide. The project is funded by C.H. Robinson and Dr. Shardul Phadnis is leading the research work at MISI.
