Dr Albert Tan at HSBC-Enactus Malaysia Business Case Competition 2017

Dr. Albert Tan was one of the judges at the Opening Round of the HSBC-Enactus Malaysia Business Case Competition 2017 held at Hotel Istana, Kuala Lumpur on 12th April 2017. The competition is designed to provide a platform for young students to apply their practical business knowledge and skills to real life business scenarios. Teams of four (4) undergraduates representing their respective universities, competed against other teams in business strategy-making and presentation.

The teams were required to recommend solutions addressing issues highlighted in a given business case, by applying technical, critical thinking and soft-skills, and present their arguments in a coherent and fluid manner to the panel of judges. For this year’s competition, the organizers were expecting participation from 24 Malaysian public and private universities and institutions of higher learning.
