Could supply chains be the missing link for achieving sustainability

Dr. David Gonsalvez participated in a panel discussion on “Could supply chains be the missing link for achieving sustainability?” organized by The Global Manufacturing and Industrialization Summit Connect Asia-Pacific in conjunction with Industrial Transformation Asia Pacific 2019 held on 23rd October in Singapore.

After a quick introduction of the technology to the audience, the panel session was facilitated by Jean Cabanes, Managing Director, Accenture Consulting. The panelists shared their views on how new technologies ranging from GPS to AI to FinTech when applied appropriately in supply chains can significantly change for the better the impact these supply chains have on the environment.
