Dr. Javad Feizabadi presents his paper in POMS Sydney

Dr. Javad Feizabadi presented his paper in POMS Sydney held 12-14 December entitled: “the effects of relational capability on supply chain adaptability: the moderating role of effective governance mechanisms”. In his presentation using an automotive industry context he presented his research findings of a survey research of 177 auto-part suppliers and how they perceive their relationship with an OEM. It was highlighted that to enhance supply chain adaptability, relational capabilities play an important role for OEMs and they have to put in place an effective governance mechanism for exploiting the most out of relational capability and its impact on supply chain readiness for coping with structural changes in business environment.
