Dr Phadnis was the keynote speaker at Roundtable on Emerging Trends of Technologies in SCM conference

Dr Phadnis attended the “Roundtable on Emerging Trends of Technologies in SCM” at Wawasan Open University in Penang on January 12 and 13, 2017. He gave a keynote address on Internet-of-things in Supply Chain. This paper / presentation describes the framework he has developed to evaluate the impact of internet-of-things on supply chain management, and illustrates it using a case study. The conference included four other keynote presentations that discussed the supply chain implications of other contemporary developments, such as Industry 4.0, robotics, etc., for Malaysian firms.
