Supply Chain Finance by Dr Alejandro Serrano

Dr Alejandro, Professor of Supply Chain Management at ZLC, and a research affiliate at the MIT-CTL, taught Supply Chain Finance to the MSCM Class of 2017. It is vital today for any supply chain professional to have a good understanding of finance if he / she is to manage the function well.

The MSCM students found the class sessions very enriching and were very engaged. MISI also had a ZLC alumnus, from a large retail organization based in Malaysia, join the class. MISI had the chance to speak with Dr Serrano and did a video recording of him sharing his thoughts on why supply chain finance is an important topic for any supply chain professional.
